What is a Diosa Box?

 Diosa Box offers high impact women a holistic approach to self care. We offer the joy of discovery through new wellness brands, all natural beauty products, delicious food items and lifestyle goods that promote personal growth. This is a great monthly gift for the hard working woman in your life who deserves some quality self care, even if that woman is you! Treat ‘yo self!  

When will I get my box?

Your Diosa Box will ship out the 1st week of the month between the 1st -7th.  Please allow 1-2 extra days on holiday schedules that may result in post office closures. Generally, you can expect your Diosa Box to arrive during the second week of the month between the 7th -15th Estimated delivery date will vary depending on your distance from us in sunny Glendale, California! 

How does subscription billing work ?

Payment for your first month's box is charged on the day you place your order and you are re-billed on the 15th of every month to receive the next month’s box. For example, you are billed today for this month's box and then November 15th to receive December's box. You will get a box this month then next month. 

Can I return the package? 

Because of the nature of the items we are delivering we are not allowed to take back packages after they have been shipped. 

 Can I cancel my subscription?  

Yes! You can cancel anytime. Please note that if you have already paid for a prepaid subscription you will still be shipped the remaining boxes that are owed to you. After your initial transaction has been completed you will no longer receive future boxes. If you are not satisfied with the contents of the box please let us know by sending an email to info@diosabox.com. We take customer feedback very seriously and it's our goal to provide a quality product.   

What if an item is damaged?

In the rare chance that one of your items is broken or damaged, we will happily replace it as long as we still have the product in stock. If we don’t, we will issue a coupon code for you to use on your next box equal to the cost of the damaged item (not the retail value). Email us : info@diosabox.com and let us know what happened and we'll get you taken care of. 

Can I gift a subscription to someone ?

Yes, subscription boxes make wonderful gifts!  Just be sure the check the box that says “THIS IS A GIFT” at checkout then add a personal note in the “gift message” section. We include a handwritten note free of charge! Is this the gift that keeps on giving? If so, check the box to the right that says “Automatically renew this subscription” and we’ll keep the gifts flowing. You will be billed on the 15th of the month for the next month’s box and you can cancel anytime. For one time gifts you'll want to leave the above option unchecked. Recipient will only receive boxes for the plan you selected, 1 month or 3 month prepay.
